Thoughts are strange, from far it looks like a sunset standing still on a beautiful mountain full of dance forest but when you decide to take a walk though it, it scares. 
What if the sun will sleep and you’ll get lost in the dark forest of your own thoughts. 
I believe it’s very same with everyone so the key is to observe your thoughts but try not to get too much into it and the thing that helps me to achieve this goal are the beautiful people around me.
