1. Shipping Policy

Physical artwork shipping

Generally there’s no additional shipping cost within India unless it is specified with the specific item.
⁠We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.
⁠for international stopping details, buyer need to contact separately via email or WhatsApp before placing the order if it is not mentioned in the product.

Wall art service

for international wall art project, the client need to take care of the travel tickets, Visa, accommodation and food cost during the course of stay.
for Wall Art projects within India a lump sum amount will be added in the overall quotation that will take care of the travel and accommodation or the Artist (or Artists) during the course of Artwork.

2. Return Policy

Artwork Returns

Original artworks and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
we always try the best from our side to pack the artwork properly, moreover we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier service.
For prints (if sold), returns may be accepted within 2 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and the buyer bears the return shipping cost.

Custom Commissions

Custom or personalized artwork orders are non-refundable once production begins.

Workshops & Digital Products

Online workshops, templates, or courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

International Orders

Returns for international orders are not accepted due to customs and logistics challenges.
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
